Our room number 1 was wow!! Great view of the Christmas market, spacious, clean,massive comfy bed, decorated beautifully.

The building is full of character and our rooms at the front of the hotel were huge and had the best views of the lovely historic buildings in Chester including the cathedral and the Christmas market. We had the friendliest of welcomes from the staff who all went the extra mile to make our stay perfect. The food is wonderful. I had a most delicious duck meal and the breakfast set me up for the day.

Every request we asked of the staff was met with a smile and the best service. I have no hesitation in recommending the Coach House and hope to stay there again soon.

The room was beautiful (5) massive with a lovely view of the cathedral and Christmas markets out front, breakfast was lovely with a brilliant selection, the staff were brilliant, really friendly would absolutely stay here again.

We Stayed for 1 night and was an excellent choice. The room was large and well decorated, bed very comfy. The restaurant bar was busy and buzzing. The cooked breakfast we had was brilliant, good produce and well cooked.

Stayed here with my girlfriend as we were visiting the Christmas market. The room was lovely and very spacious. Excellent location, 5 minute walk into the centre and about a 5 minute walk in the other direction to the race course.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Car park is a little small if it’s busy but you can park in the staff parking if needed which is helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic value for money, stayed in a lovely studio apartment, tv, fridge, dishwasher, 2ring stove top, kettle, toaster, iron and board amazing.

Lovely comfy bed, nice linen, big fluffy towels. The reception staff were so helpful and friendly, even grab and go breakfast included, hot drink, danish pastries, muffins and fruit, fresh orange and bottled water, all this for just £59 per room per night. Less than 5 minutes walk to the high street, shops, bars, restaurants, and the Christmas Markets.

As soon as you walk through the door you are made feel welcome by the kind and polite reception staff who help you with anything you need and are quite chatty too. Everything was brilliant with our room once again, totally love the cute and funky complimentary toiletries.
