Muslim Friendly Hotels Georgia
Islam in Georgia (Georgian: ისლამი საქართველოში, romanized: islami sakartveloshi) was introduced in 654 when an army sent by the Third Caliph of Islam, Uthman, conquered Eastern Georgia and established Muslim rule in Tbilisi. Currently, Muslims constitute approximately 9.9%[2] of the Georgian population. According to other sources, Muslims constitute 10-11% of Georgia‘s population.[3]
Muslims have lived peacefully in Georgia for centuries, a country with a majority of Orthodox Christians which considers itself as tolerant to all faiths, but a large number of people see Islam as alien to the Georgian national identity.
Other Islamic countries such as Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Oman and Brunei continue to be popular with Muslim tourists. Among non-OIC countries, Singapore, Thailand, the UK, Japan and Taiwan remain the top five respectively, but show improved scores on the index.

I came by chance to know its owned by Emarati people so all restaurant had Halal food and bathrooms had toilet had water shattaf (shower) to wash after doing #1 and especially #2 , in addition the rooms had direction of Qibla inside the drawer which is a huge plus.
I can’t speak enough about the luxury and the location of the hotel.
I’ve booked two connected rooms, one was premium deluxe if i’ not mistaken for me and my wife and the other one was normal deluxe for my two children and baby cot
Our room was almost double the other one with HUGE space in the middle and outstanding view on the river, the other room was fit for the two twin beds and the baby cot as it had a table next to the TV
The cost was much more expensive than the apartment of course but worths every dollar spent for the enjoyment and fun for my family.
Location was amazing , a small mall just opposite the hotel . Restaurants nearby .hotel Staff very helpful.
Check in very smooth n fast ( bathrooms equipped with Muslim showers 😀) Loved our stay .
Right in the centre of the city near to almost everything. Everything available near to hotel like tourism services, Asian Halal food, fast food, Iranian food.
Room:
The room is clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean, and the best part about it is that it had a shattaf (Washing hose). My only complaint would be the lack of privacy in the bathroom. The door is glass. There’s no lock mechanism, so my baby did open the door some times when we were in there. The curtain that covers the glass doesn’t do a great job either. There’s a slight opening between the glass that surrounds the bathtub and the bathroom door which the curtain does not cover. I had to pull the curtain through the door to get more privacy.
Breakfast:
The breakfast waiters and waitresses were great! Always serving us with a smile. The breakfast buffet was very good.
This hotel was the only hotel that I’ve stayed at that served peanut butter! And guess what? It’s fresh! There’s an egg station, a lovely selection of bread, cereal, fruits, cold meats, and cheeses. There are also hot dishes. Chicken and meat are halal in this hotel which is very convenient.
Restaurant:
The restaurant and bar on the 30th and 31st floors was just okay. The menu options weren’t great, and everything (of course) was overpriced. Service was good. I would dine somewhere else though.

The perfect hotel to stay in Batumi, in the middle of everything. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable I can’t address any issues.
I recommended for everyone who will visit Batumi.
The room was spacious and clean, but lighting was too dim with a corridor light outside the bathroom, two table lamps on the bedside tables and a standing lamp at the corner of the room.
have been to a number of 5 star hotels in my travels however this particular hotel has in terms of service and caring staff outdone most others.
The check in staff are very friendly and professional, the porters go the extra mile to help and in particular I would like to acknowledge the night manager Can Savan.
I had trouble with a bus booking in Turkey and Can was extraordinarily helpful. For many hours he helped, researched and did everything possible. It is rare to find such a genuinely helpful person. I can not thank Can and his team enough for the help and making me feel so welcome and at home.
The hotel itself is very spacious, nicely renovated bathrooms and quiet. I stayed on the 10h floor and fully enjoyed the view.
Aircon is good and temperature can be individually controlled. Rooms are very clean.
There are TV channels such as BBC but no English movie channels. The lighting was mentioned in other reviews however I didn’t find it an issue or too dark.
There are good breakfast choices.
The pool are is small and didn’t try it out as apparently a bath cap is needed.
The Spa facilities are very good. I.e the waxing staff was extremely professional and good.
The location is perfect. Just a short walk to the dancing fountain, the beach, shops, parks, restaurants….and its away from the noisy beach parties.
I would happily return to the Wyndham.

Very centrally located – midst of all the action in Old Town. Located on Kote Afkazi street towards the Meidan square and with the Shardeni street (for fabulous restaurants) just behind, you will not ask for a better location.
Quite clean and cozy rooms – albeit a bit small. Fabulous rooftop dining area (for breakfast) with great views.
Good service and nice helpful people.
Tip: In case you are coming in with your own car – beware!! You will struggle for parking on Kote Afkazi street and the hotel does not offer a valet service.
The location is extremely central and the rooms are very nice and comfortable. I also found the service to be very friendly. The breakfast was good and the rooftop on the hotel is beautiful, although for some reason it is closed after breakfast, which to me seems like a shame as the rooftop is a beautiful amenity and it would have been a nice place to sit and relax.
The only downside is that the rooms have tiny windows and being on a main street, the rooms are also very noisy and loud from the sounds of the people on the street below. Overall, however, I had a lovely stay and would chose to stay here again.
I highly recommend this place it is near to most of the touristic monuments, and especially it is “safe” place to stay, most of the hotels and the apartments located in the alley.
