Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. Staff were excellent – very attentive and helpful. Very dog friendly overall.

Pet fee of $65 per stay was more than a lot of other hotels. No “in/out” privileges with the parking garage.

Room was top notch. Open concept well received. We did room service and it was one of the best meals I have had (veggie pad thai) from Blu Duby.

It was pet friendly (65 dollar fee for clean up for duration of stay). It was simply just a really nice weekend due in large part to the great friendly personable service.

I had just in passing mentioned that I was recently engaged when booking and they provided a bottle of red wine. I can’t say enough good things.

They are right beside a large market that opens up into a farmers market on thursdays and sundays I believe as well.

Bed was super comfortable. Short walk to Victoria Park which was great for dog walking. Lots of places to eat within walking distance.

Down-to-earth suites offer free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs and living areas, as well as kitchens with microwaves, and tea and coffee making facilities.

Complimentary perks include a breakfast buffet, parking, and regular evening socials with snacks and drinks.
I loved everything! Great location for shopping and many restaurant choices close by. Very clean rooms, comfy beds with beautiful white bedding and fluffy pillows! Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed, I like the bigger fridge!
Floors felt clean enough to walk barefoot. I love that the bathroom sink is not right in the washroom so I could get ready while hubby showered. I also appreciated the free laundry facilities!
My only complaint would be $50 dog fee, I respect the reasons for a few just feel it’s on the high side.
We have been staying at the Staybridge Suites London for couple of days each week since late January 2017. The staff at the desk could not be more friendly and helpful. Their pet friendly policy is very important to us and our pet dog is treated by them like a special guest. She loves it there as much as we do. It is a bonus having an included full breakfast and dinner served at their buffet each day.
The spacious and comfortable rooms are perfectly stocked as one would expect from a suite and very clean.
Our thanks go to the entire staff who always make us feel welcome and special. Can’t wait to return.
I love that they are pet friendly. The staff was amazing with my kids and dogs they always had smiles on there faces and we’re more than willing to help with anything. I love this hotel.
