Loved that the hotel is eco-conscious. Staff pleasant, rooms clean, fitness room contains a Peloton Bike. Breakfasts are innovative and delicious. It’s a great hotel for your stay in Vancouver.

The location is unbeatable and just a short walk to either stadium as well as tons of great restaurants and bars all within seconds or minutes from the front door. Front desk and concierge are so friendly and helpful. Rooms are well appointed and beds are like sleeping on clouds.

Rooms have a safe, fridge and microwave and you can choose to have aromatherapy as well. We have stayed here before and will absolutely stay again, not only for the convenience to everything downtown but also the customer service and amenities. Very eco friendly hotel!

Good restaurants within walking distance. The rooms/property felt different due to residences up above, but very welcomed/felt special. Extraordinary service. The most luxurious sheets made for a great night sleep and the room’s design aesthetics were eco-friendly yet felt sophisticated.

Since the moment we walked in the door we were impressed! The staff was extremely helpful- he even printed off the city’s agenda for Canada day! The room was clean and eco-friendly! I also appreciated the technology in the room! Recommend Hotel Blu to anyone looking for a hotel who cares about you.

The hotel has a very trendy lobby area and is part of a resident complex. It has a lot of amenities with a pool, and exercise, spa facilities. The rooms are quiet and comfortable with more or less room depending if you have a balcony. The king size bed was much softer than we prefer and did not have individual coils, so movement was always felt by the other person.

We were surprised at this in such a luxurious spot. There was a microwave and small fridge in the room, but no cups suitable for tea (although Tea bags were provided). There were no other utensils or dishes that one could use with the microwave, The Nespresso coffee machine was a very nice touch with a reasonable selection of coffees.

The location is ideal for those who wish to shop, eat or see of few of the touristy sites. The staff were warm and inviting, they provided us with heaps of helpful suggestions. The Hotel is eco and IT conscious providing guests with an Ipad to use, microwave, fridge and complimentary tea and coffee (with a coffee machine).

It is located on Robson street, which is huge, but has everything shopping, from internationally recognised brand names to tourist joints and dollar stores. Also amongst the clothes and shoes are incredible food stalls and vans.

The independent, Canadian-owned and operated St. Regis recently completed a total renovation that brought this beautiful heritage building up to the highest level of modern comfort and finish.

Beautifully renovated small hotel. Loved that breakfast was included. Staff are super friendly. Clean and quiet. Loved the L’Occitane soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Only thing that I had to get used to is that each room has a master electrical switch that can prevent the lights from working. Eco initiative.

The room was spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. We were facing the street, but it was surprisingly quiet all night, which was nice. The best parts were the comfortable pillows and linen, and the heated tiles in the bathroom. It was a bit confusing on how to turn the bathroom fan on, as there was no switch in the bathroom for it. The rooms were designed to be eco-friendly, so it turns out the fan switch was with the main control panel for the room.

The hotel location is great and central for our needs and the staffs were helpful and friendly. The clock radio has 2 rapid charge usb outlets. Green feature of the St Regis is when you are leaving the room, switch to eco & power saves functions in the room. Nice spacious bathroom vanity bench. Complimentary bottled water & fast speed free in room wifi. Large screen HD TV. Complimentary breakfast is in the lower lobby & you choose 1 option on the menu of continental or cooked breakfast nice & hot straight from the kitchen. Despite reviews to the contrary, it was sufficient to our needs.

They provide your own jugs of coffee, tea & hot water refills as needed.

The room card is used to call the 1 & only lift so maybe a little busy on checkout. The room has no fridge. Free local & overseas phone calls from the lobby business centre. Our room was on a lower floor but still had a view to the street.

The room was very pleasant, comfortable bed, eco-friendly shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, meant you could use as much or as little as I needed without needing to get more tiny bottles or leaving behind half empty ones. Heated toilet seat and bidet. Beautiful view from the room of the city. There is a gym, and outdoor pool and hot tub.
Lovely hotel: Great location close to the water, large comfortable rooms, fast complimentary wifi & clean. Only complaints are cost of parking (Valet is the only option which is a bit pricey) & toiletries provided (eco-friendly which is great ).
The level of detail in preparation of the room was really good. They provided everything I could have needed – full-sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, bathroom and bedroom slippers, and umbrella, ironing board, hair dryer, bathrobes and towels, a safe, a coffee maker and coffee and tea and creamer/milk/sugar, a fridge I could actually use (not cluttered with mini bar stuff), and really good wifi. It was amazing. The room was really neat and we’ll laid out, and the bed was comfortable.
The room was quiet as well, and I loved the eco-friendliness of the hotel. Loved it.
I appreciated how eco-friendly the hotel attempts to be – including the compost, recycling and trash bins. The gym, pool and hot tub were nice. We picked up snacks at Urban Fare – a nice grocery store less than a block away. We enjoyed Robson nearby. The public transportation was ok for nearby attractions but too cumbersome for longer trips.
Very friendly and helpful staff, eco-friendly concept was great. Room was spacious and serene. There was no outside disturbance. Front desk staff members were very professional, polite, helpful and lively.
The hotel, room, and bathroom were clean, quiet, and comfortable. The service was great. The staff members were helpful. This hotel is truly eco-friendly and I was impressed with the steps they have taken. Instead of providing the guests with small containers of shampoo etc. they provide big bottles that can be refilled.
