The room was very clean and had a very nice design of polished wood paneling. Very comfortable.
Staff was awesome. Very kind, and the fact they spoke a variety of languages seemed to help (Czech, German and English at least, not sure if others). They were helpful in letting us know where the area with the restaurants are.
I had the pleasure of spending two nights at this lovely inn, which is nestled in the town above Karlovy Vary. Its interior design, style, and accommodations are stylish and beautiful. Very nice breakfast complement, both hot and cold. Nice outdoor cafe (weather permitting). Just a very short cab ride into the center of town. Very friendly staff. Exceptionally clean. This hotel has a very good location with everything within walking distance. There are several restaurants, bars, cafés and various stores in the neighborhood. Our room was of good size and very clean. Breakfast was OK. The hotel has its own car park behind the hotel.
I can recommend the Pilsner pub in the hotel, offering the best draught Pilsner beer in the town. Friendly staff and a very convenient location. There is also a night bar with life music and events going on occasionally in the beautiful hotel festive hall.
This is a grand old hotel, fairly recently renovated, comfortable, modern and well-equipped. It’s situated at the bus station/railway station end of the town, at the opening of the valley that culminates in the Grand Hotel Pupp at the other end of town. But although this is the less pretty part of Karlovy Vary it’s actually better served in terms of shops and good restaurants rather than tourist restaurants.
Rooms are generally large, though mine, uncharacteristically, was not, since it was situated behind the lift.
The Hotel is located in the middle of the town, so it was easy to find a Bar or Restaurant. Staff is helpful and gave a warm welcome. Like many Hotels in CZ it was not the newest one, but has his charm. The room was nice and clean. There was a second door in front of the room-door, probably to keep the noise of other guests outside.

Working desk was not very comfy, shower and bathroom good and good bed quality. Curtains in room are bad so room is quite light. Breakfast was excellent and plenty of choice. Overall good experience.
It is really good hotel in old building on the main street next to the bus station. Vast warm room with big bed and all you need. Super clean. Good spa. Great breakfast with big options. There is nice restaurant below too with good prices, fantastic food and beer. Staff good.
But I must admit i was astonished from the lady of the recepcion-Suzana. From the first step in this place to all small detail she will be your mother. A perfect knowledges of Russian, English and Deutsch, geography, history and human attitude!
Excellent staff, they were always helpful and well informed. The hotel is beautiful and warm throughout for this time of year was essential. Original look with modern facilities, maintained original look from a beautiful old building with modern functionality. Sauna and pool clean and new. Gym facilities were great. Beautiful varied breakfast. Wifi. The room was stunning.

Lovely boutique hotel with charm at every turn. We booked a superior room for 3 nights in December and when we arrived we were assigned the room with the huge 2nd floor terrace (the one you see from the front of the building). The room was large and spacious with a separate sleeping room, living room, walk through/entryway closet and bathroom. The terrace was as wide as the room and even though it was chilly out, we enjoyed spending a bit of time outside watching passersby on the streets below and the river meander in front of us.
Location: The hotel is in the heart of the main walking area and situated perfectly to walk in either direction along the river. If you have a car, a staffer quickly whisks it away to some unknown location. We parked on the curb and ran inside to inquire about where to park as there’s no real drive/entry area for autos.
Room: Our room was spectacular. We cannot speak of other rooms, but the superior room with the terrace balcony is lovely. The bathroom shampoo/condition was off-putting. It was located in one of those shower staff pumps and seemed “cheap” given the other room luxuries. The bathroom had a heated towel rack, toilet, bidet, large shower, double sinks and a window that opened.
Breakfast: There was ample choice and standard fare for a European hotel (meats, cheeses, yogurt, breads, etc).
Overall, we would stay here again, preferably in the summer so we could fully enjoy the terrace with a nice bottle of wine or maybe sip the hot springs water.
